The reason I believe in couples including the expense of a wedding coordinator in their wedding budget is because I believe a person’s wedding day needs to be one of the best experiences of their lives.

A wedding coordinator helps to make this possible by freeing them up to focus on getting married instead of planning and running a wedding.

There are so many details that go into not only planning a wedding, but also making sure everything is handled on that day. From set-up to vendor coordinating, to managing the timeline, my job is to work hard so no one else has to, and everyone has everything they need.

Another reason a wedding planner and coordinator is so valuable is because I have done this many times before, and usually the bride and groom have never done it before. I find that I am able to save couples countless hours as well as often wasted money simply because of my experience. There are so many details that go into a wedding, most of which a couple is not even aware.

I also always want to make sure that not only the couple, but also the families and guests, are free to enjoy the wedding day and are not having to stress about any little detail.

It is my job as the coordinator to know every detail and make sure everything is executed according to the plan and vision of the bride and groom and their families, in order to ensure an enjoyable and stress-free event for all.
